PMT-A7 TYPE A / TYPE B
There are now 2 Types:
TYPE A features a 15mm slot that when used with the Tactical Equipment Speed Tether (TEST) the PMT-A7 is held in a fixed vertical position.
TYPE B features a 10mm hole that when used with the Tactical Equipment Speed Tether (TEST) the PMT-A7 can rotate 360 degrees.
Both types are supplied as Single (1 x PMT-A7) or Double-Stack (2 x PMT-A7) for the same surface area as the original PMT-A6 (105 x 148 millimetres / 4.134 x 5.827 inches) that will fit in most pockets or inside an A7 notebooks to counter the forensic recovery of your notes, even when you have removed pages!
1 x Tactical Equipment Speed Tether (TEST) is included with the Single and Double-Stack. The design of the TEST allows for quick removal/installation without tools. To open simply push down on the release catch to disengage the ratchet mechanism – the TEST will then open.
1 x Parachute Rubber Band with a breaking force of 45 lbs (NSN: 670-00-568-0323) included with the Single-Stack and Double-Stack. These bands can be used to erase Chinagraph/Glasochrom/Omnichrom marks from your PMT-A7. Spares available.

The card is frosted allowing for you to place the card over printed text with the cut-out slot over the sensitive or private information. Using a black marker pen you then cover the text in black to redact the information from a document in preparation for publication. Ideally you should then photocopy the document and destroy the first copy to prevent recovery of the redacted text.
The LTX1 can also be used as a privacy screen for video calls on a mobile device. Simply place over the front camera to ‘blur’ your face/location. Light will still enter the sensor so the screen will remain on.
The LTX1 can also be used with Cavity Tray for The Ridge RFID Blocking Wallet, so you can easily load/unload the tray.
