The LEECH 3.5 XL allows for concealment of the tools inside the underwear whilst providing 360 access. The Uber Gulag Shim should be positioned at the rear for immediate access when cuffed to the rear.
To unload and access the tools simply pull on the white tether to extract the tools. The IWB Strap 3.1 should only be attached to one side of the LEECH 3.5 XL so the flap remains open for immediate access to the tools.
