RESCUE

The FENDCUFF® RESCUE is a low-profile seat-belt cutter and glass breaker in one tool that can be carried in your pocket, so it’s always ready for deployment!

The primary function is to impact and destroy tempered glass to aid rescue from a vehicle via the side or rear windows.

In addition to seat-belts the razor blade will cut rope, cord, tape, clothing and other non-metallic materials that can fit between the hook and handle.

COLORIZED

FENDCUFF® TYPE R (RIGID) SNATCH PACK COLORIZED

Traditionally nylon restraints have always been black or white and more recently yellow nylon restraints have become available.
Black blends well with a uniform and other equipment when carried on a belt, however; in a low-light environment the black nylon restraint can be more difficult to see and monitor than a white nylon restraint when applied to captured/detained person.

The SNATCH PACK COLORIZED allows for the end user to test and evaluate black, red, orange, yellow, green and blue nylon restraints
in different light conditions, using various sources to find what works best for their requirements.

  • Orange illuminated with a blue light will become fluorescent (glow bright orange).
  • Yellow illuminated with a blue light will appear brown.
  • Red illuminated with a blue light will remain red.
  • Blue illuminated with a blue light will become fluorescent (glow bright blue).
  • Yellow illuminated with a red light will appear red.
  • Orange illuminated with a red light will appear red.
  • Red illuminated with red light will remain red.
  • Black illuminated with a red light will remain black.
  • Blue illuminated with a red light will appear black.
  • Green illuminated with a red light will appear black.
  • All colours remain unchanged when illuminated with a green light.

There are also other potential uses for using different coloured restraints, for example a ‘traffic light system’ can be used for dealing with a captured/detained person during the various stages (red/arrest, orange/processed, green/searched, blue/interview, yellow/transport).

All cable-ties are UL Approved Nylon 66, ROHS Compliant, Zero Halogen with a Minimum Loop Tensile Strength of 80kg and operating temperature of -40°C +85°C,.

Black is UV & Heat Resistant with operating temperature of -40°C +120°C,

The FENDCUFF® KINETIC HOLSTER can be installed on any 2 inch duty belt in seconds and it also works with MOLLE/PALS.
