1930’S FBI STYLE HANDCUFFS

During the 1930’s the H&R SUPER 123 Handcuffs were favoured by the FBI and many other law enforcement agencies in the United States because of their higher security. The original version of this handcuff (KONEPAJA VOIMA) was actually manufactured in Helsinki, Finland during the 1920’s and from 1990’s, one or more Chinese companies made the HC-01W and similar versions that are still in use in the People’s Republic of China today.

The HC-01W features a double-lock for added safety and security (rotate the key left). The double-lock is disengaged and the single lock opened all in the same turning rotation, making unlocking them easy (rotate the key right).
